Training

Training is an integral aspect of our partnership approach to implementation of a PDMS solution within your Hospital. As part of our project support we provide a range of training sessions within a training solution designed specifically for your Hospital. Our team will provide training and support to the hospital team from the start of the project to go-live and beyond.

This will empower the clinical users with the knowledge to take local ownership of their system.

Our training program is established in partnership with the Hospital project team. This allows us to obtain a gap analysis and identify and agree the level of training necessary for each staff group. This is one of the most important steps in the training process and will ensure we achieve our training goals and objectives.

Our “Train the trainer” method of training staff has been well established and designed by HIM in many of our projects. The Advanced Users will be trained by HIM and the Advanced Users then “cascade” this training down to end users with the support of our team.

Our training covers many modules including:

• Lead PDMS Configuration System Manager
• Super/Advanced Users
• End User Training
• Technical Training

HIM looks on these projects as long term partnerships and believes that training is a continuous process. We can offer a range of training courses tailored to your requirements throughout the duration of the project and post Go Live.
