Our project management approach is discussed and agreed upon during the consultancy phase. As part of the project methodology we follow a milestone driven approach, starting with the initiation of the project which includes a detailed list of requirements and specifications. This applies structure to the different phases, executes, controls and validates throughout the entire life circle of the project.
